Chicken:
4 Chickenbreastfiléts
1 Red Onion
2 Tomatoes
Black Pepper
Garlic butter
2 Deciliter Red Wine Marinade
Shredded Cheese
Sauce:
1 Red Onion
Black Pepper
4 cloves of garlic
1 Deciliter Cooking Cream
1 Deciliter Creme Fraiche
1 Lemon
1 Pack of Feta Cheese
2 Tbsp of Chili Sauce
How To:
Chicken:
1. Put the filéts in an ovenproof form. spread the garlicbutter over the filéts. Pour the marinade over the filéts and around the form. Slice the tomato and put two slices of tomato on each filét. Slice the onion into halfmoons and spread over the slices. Take 10-15 olives and slice them, then spread it over the filéts. Pour some blackpepper over the filéts, then spread a line of the shredded cheese over the filéts, and put in the oven for 50 minutes.
Fetasauce
1. Dice the red onion and fry it in some oil. Also, squeeze the garliccloves in with a garlicpress.
2. Pour some blackpepper in.
3. Pour in the cooking cream. Whisk it.
4. Dice the fetacheese and add it in the sauce, whisk it more!
5. Squeeze the juice of the lemon into the sauce and add the chili sauce and whisk!
6. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, then add the creme fraiche and whisk. Taste it and optionally add more black pepper and some salt.
Notes: That sauce was so bloody orgasmic. It came out really well :3
