This is Usui, he may act tough but he tries to keep his big brother in check. He's a bit of a perfectionist and loves to be the boss. Usui loves his brother but Neo never knew he had a brother until Usui hugged him and cried in his arms telling him how much he missed him. He acts tough to be a good example for his big bro. He just loves to keep Neo safe so that he doesn't have to worry. (There's more, but that's for later)
