These are lyrics from a song called "As I am fearless" (如我無畏), which also is the name of this image (Listen on YouTube).
It's a melancholic song mostly about the confusion from life, both from within and from the world. There is a big contrast between "staying near the roots" or "moving on". The song calls listeners to overcome life's troubles and be fearless.
I, sadly, couldn't find a full translation, I can only try to translate a few verses.
Travelling a thousand miles, she hit the moon and frost
（看千里之外來時踩月踏霜）
She looked up and saw a tree, cages and echoes of her kin
（她抬眼看見這鐵樹高籠人海茫茫）
Gloomy stars shone as the old voices slowly fade away
（哪裡會有鬱鬱星光，哪裡會有故聲迴響）
Where would her heart call her, to her home or to death?
（哪裡會是她目之所向心之歸鄉）
A simple sword can drive one crazy
（一手菜刀破痴狂）
