This is a cut out from larger project so you will see her in this pose again later down the line. I used this for an Art Fight profile.

Selene the A.I. Cow, Lunette's Interface
A living tool created by the Goddess of the Moon (Lunette) for use by those who worshipped her, but those people are long gone. Now her power is abused by modern Mobians who find her, but "abuse" doesn't necessarily mean they use her for evil all the time, it just means they're no longer using her for prayer/direct worship.

Moon is a living interface that controls metaphysical conduits of power (like Chaos Emeralds and other magical items) when she connects to them through vibrations of sound (voice/song) which is her delivery method of lunar energy. She is built on and derives her ability from the power of Moonlight, and thus can only use it at it's peak with a source of moonlight, but her gold cuffs hold lunar energy for daytime as well, however her power is limited with them alone. Because her body is Lunette's powered Moonlight, being without it replenishing her for too many nights will literally make her dissipate into loose energy (this is also the reason for the gold bands, to keep her together longer). The conduits can be so powerful that they can make her glow and lift her into the air at varying degrees (as example given indicates). She then directs the power at a subject to do as is commanded. While she mostly does this of her own free will, bc of her body's techno/metaphysical nature, others can control her technologically very easily, forcing her to use her function for negative reasons. Which makes her highly sought after and our damsel in distress trope.
She's very sweet, and compassionate. Adoring the people (and their food!) of her mortal world so much she wants to be one of them, and develops crushes on them very easily, but due to her being sought after, she can't be away from her many hidden Havens too long. Havens so infused with her energy that they become Chao Gardens. She can teleport to each of these locations so long as her Lunar receivers are built and activated in them, but she can only teleport upon touching another receiver so she must be present in one Haven to go to another (she can take other chaos infused physical beings with her as well, like Chao and Sonic, or even Knuckles).
