This is the first fursuit head I've ever made.
I started it in 2019 and didn't finish it until 2021 lmao.
I started with the medium canine/fox resin blank from SaltyPuppyStudios.
I furred and refurred (including reshaping the foam ontop of it) this 3 times. It was supposed to be my character, Ao, but I just couldn't get it to look right.
It sat mostly done, along with a 100+ workhours hand-sewn digi fursuit for nearly all of 2020. I had planned to wear it in public at FWA 2020 in May. But then of course, covid happened.
I bought other blanks during that time, so maybe one day I will make something else. For now though I just wanted to get rid of this. I didn't want to tear it apart a fourth time.
I finished it off with some minor airbrushing and made a tail for it.
