Despite his kind demeanor, Byron James was thrilled when his childhood friend Alexander invited him to join the Sinister Six. Under the moniker of Snaptrap, he gladly joins the other villains in their deeds, though it's more out of enjoying their company than outright evil. Snaptrap employs an arsenal of snare-based gear, from strong steel jaws to a large one on his arm. When all else fails, he also has a crossbow loaded with a snare on a chain. Snaptrap built all of these himself, and is the most tech-savvy of the Sinister Six.
