SMALL UPDATE: fixed some minor details, like where the second rifle was positioned.

Reference Sheet for  notahawk of one of the first Mesmer Lizard OC's I've made! Like Frillke (the blue boy you've seen before, NSFW), Rho is a short cutie coming up to about 4 and a half feet or so in height (think 1.3 meters).

There's some lore details that will become canon attached to this reference sheet's paragraphs, regarding a species of literal war hawks, the Accipitent, who will play a pretty notable role in the Zeng Qon setting!


CANON COMPLIANCE 7/26/2021: Rho's character fits all current descriptors of Mesmer Lizards that I have, particularly the use of bright contrasting colors for the speckles on the frill. These frills use cells located around them to project an electromagnetic wave, usually causing disorientation to would-be predators. Males like Rho of course have the larger frills compared to females, though both male and female Mesmer Lizards are typically around the same height, build, and stature. Rho's presence on Zevash during the Zevash Codex timeline is approved tentatively, as his unit may be referenced in future writings based on what the commissioner produces. Rho is written for seamless induction to either canon or post-canon induction.
