The speedster of Team Valor, The Stoat (real name Ricky Levin) is an energetic and swift-of-foot hero who wears his heart on his helmet. He can be cocky, but he has the skills and crime-fighting capability to back it up. The Stoat has a sizable online fanbase and he does his best to interact with them, calling them The Stoat Squad!
