at a stage of life letto must battel at a beach queen event, the problem is that she never batteled at all. then zeus the lucario saw her trying to master her water skills. after 3 months letto batteled the beach queen( a lapras )and won. it was a year later that the lapras rechallages letto but half way letto was on her last legs when she changes in to a floatzel, she finshed off the lapras.
