Once he was an adult, Harry could have had limb regrowth treatment to grow organic hands. Unable to decide what kind of hands he wanted, he instead chose cybernetics. Sure they're not quite as good as organic hands when it comes to dexterity, but being able to swap out for whatever kind of hands you want is a plus.

It's of course all a matter of perspective. Harry grew up without any dexterity at all, so he doesn't miss the slight decrease in dexterity vs organic hands. Despite now having years of experience with his cybernetics, he still can't decide on what kind he would want if he were to get organic hands. He's tried everything from hook prostetics to full 5 finger hands. Each has its own pros and cons.
