I love insects, and I find it rather disappointing that more people don't draw them. Oh well. This is not any particular species, but a sort of mix of wasp, beetle, and cricket (with a bit of human thrown in as well).

I think that's because the position is fairly similar to the ones before and after it. It's just smaller details (you know, arms and so on) shifting around. The transition between the dog and the lizard is fairly smooth for the same reason; there's less ground to cover in each frame.
