This is Tieare, Ren's mother and the Goddess of the Realm of Cyrindor. Playful, naughty and mischievous, she is still competent and responsible enough to run her little domain. There, she holds the reins of reality itself, but even beyond it her power would be quite respectable.
..She is also coloured like an acid trip. @___@

She's a goddess, she can be colored however she wants. And I bet her dress shifts colors depending on the angle you look at it.

Such a lovely goddess too. I wouldn't mind paying her realm a visit, you know to see the sights. Also, while looking at her I can hear 'White Rabbit' playing in my head! ^_^
