So i did some research, just a quick few wiki entries.
in order for it to be considered "mature" acording to fur affinity, "tasteful/artistic nudity" must be expressed.
So i looked up nudity. "Nudity is a state of being in which a human is not wearing clothing or specifically is not covering the genitals."
Genitals: "A sex organ (or reproductive organ) is any part of an animal or plant that is involved in sexual reproduction. The reproductive organs together constitute the reproductive system. In animals, the testis in the male, and the ovary in the female, are called the primary sex organs.”
technically speaking, exposed breasts are not nudity. according to my quick 10 minute search XD
