A flat colour commission, my favorite to do, but not to be requested... As I said at the previous uploads, this were done during Brazil FurFest Online 2021 and watched by the commissioneer.
The character is from the 0daiment comic and throws cold rays. Maybe Freezy acted where I live... We got 48°F past week, that is very low to our standards. My new computer doesn't heat up like the previous ones, so I go cold in front of him...
