Part of a vicious gang of punk yeemons (hyena demons) Vegas is highly regarded as one of the toughest in the pack. Bloodthirsty and sadistic, he tears down the magical girls that attack his gang with little mercy. He always smells like his favorite cigars.
There is a softer side to him, though. His favorite food is sugar cookies, and he collects cutesy figures and keychains. He keeps things like this a secret from the gang, knowing they would see him as weak and harass him if they ever found out.

His life changes around when he meets a magical girl with a secret of her own- shes a masochist.
