This comic is based on a headcanon where Sonic and Blaze are dating in secret. They act natural in front of everyone else (like in the games) but they sneak out whenever they can to have some fun for themselves.
Here they are at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. Blaze is competing in the Fencing event and now she has reached the Grand Finals. Whether Blaze wins or loses Sonic will be there to cheer her on.
