DnD 5e - New Rules, Feats, and Errata
This was a bit of a long consideration, I never wanted my expansion effects to be their own status conditions, but after some initial playtests and discussion, it was easier to bundle the most common hinderances between them into one or two status conditions which they will all apply from.
I also added some feats for those intentionally trying to play a perma-blimped character with a martial class.
If you are already using my content in your campaigns, please revisit my previous submissions as I will add an errata to all pieces relevant to the change.

I know this a real old post and that you might not see this, understandable the sphere inflation isn't my thing but would i be alright to borrow this plus a few other things that you have made to make something else?
Mostly just converting it into preg, and body part inflation (like breasts and ass)

Not at all! infact I'd suggest giving the APPLE system a look, another method of integrating expansion into DnD that's simple and easy to convert to!
The best part is that it's free and it's 100% modular, so you can write pregnancy or specific part inflation rules for games, tailoring it to what you want, and having them interact with eachother in a way that's easy to keep track of!
