it's not hard, just make sure that nothing inside gets paint on it or it will be dooomed D: my case was painted before my computer got put together >.< dunno how safe painting put together compy is unless you can remove the face and let it dry separately from the computer
hehe that would be cool too! my bf's old case his friend made by spraypainting the case with a granite textured spraypaint and cut a fire-shaped design out of it, placed red lights inside, and a pane of plexiglass behind the cutout area. It looked really cool! He even had a little light up skull on the front for the working lights on it ^^
