These are monster cats with an unusual upper skin structure. The skin resembles a white sheet or blanket with a cutout for the eyes. The "true" essence of the cat is hidden under the veil. It can be any manifestation of horror. It is believed that the "ghosts" were cats that were burned or somehow killed because of suspicion of their devilish pedigree. The devil loved cats and therefore returned them after death, adding a drop of horror to their blood. When the cat is scared or wants to look more dangerous, the "veil" is lifted up. This visually helps the cat to appear larger. Inside the "veil" there is a system of blood vessels and it is also a part of the body. It is believed that pillowcases and clothing made from this skin help fight nightmares in a dream and protect against evil.
