That scene isn't graphic at all. Sure, it's very nasty but that happens in a movie with a [/red]SPOILER ALERT[/red] cannibal who tears someone's face off, and a transvestite serial killer who keeps women inside a water well to starve them to death and then wear their skins as clothes.
