She's just a random cute seal-mermaid :3 maybe a harp seal? I didn't put any distict markings on her >.<
Even though Vectors aren't my strenth, I think its pretty solid :3 I like the simplicity :3
I know a lot of the charm in vector work is the absence of outlines, but I really like the line aspect of my style, so I put them there, but I made pulled a gradient through it to make it less severe. Hopefully next time I'll find a balance between my style, and simplification and the stylization akin to vector illustrations.

I'm overall satisfied with how this came out, I just need more practice with illustrator >.< so please don't critique too harshly on my technique, but i appreciate any tips you have :3
