Bella is a rarity, at least among her human neighbors. She's a chubby, purple otter with fleshy jowls, a flabby body, and deft, but pudgy, webbed fingers. She enjoys good food and good times, and obviously knows plenty of both. Bella has a broad array of culinary skills and a natural talent for alchemy. She'd rather cook than engage in more active pursuits such as pearl diving with the rest of her family. Bella believed her knack for alchemy and fine cooking would allow her a good living so she bought an old lighthouse converted it into a seaside restaurant and put her alchemical and culinary talents to work creating all kinds of unique and interesting dishes that have made her quite popular with those with a taste for fanciful foods.

Her gentle nature and tendency to mother over her customers whether its their first visit or fifteenth has earned this jolly otter the nickname "Moma Bella".
