Doesn't look like either Forl's relative innocence/ignorance nor Oli's own stubborn attitude are really helping Oli's mental state at the moment.
I think Oli desperately needs a 1st gen who can relate to their situation to help them cope, ending up on the road with a bunch of young 2nd gens wasn't the healthiest outcome.

That sound? They're in the desert, and it's raining since last night, and they're walking in an arroyo. That's the sound of snapping branches, logs and whole trees getting ground into woodchips and sharp spears, along with large boulders, millions of tons of gravel, and thin, watery mud.
That, or it's the Tremorfar we heard about earlier.
Either way, it's something bad.
