Yes, I know, these aren't furry either, but... well... they're on horses so it kinda counts.
Anyway, continuing with taking pictures of my old-model outriders, here are my two Empire Outriders with Pistols. The one tail on the horse on the right fell off, and I'm still wondering if I should glue it back on, or keep it looking like a shavetail. Color scheme and details are not much different from my other Outriders. I went with yellow barding on the horses to give the overall dull-colored look of my Empire army some much needed color. And, old-style-Czarist Russian government buildings were painted yellow to add color to the city. So... I took that que and painted the barding yellow.
You know... if I had one of the more animalistic Warhammer armies (like lizardmen, skaven, or beastmen) it might be easier to have them at least seem furry. But have you seen the size of the beards on these guys! Those things are down right huge. HUGE! And yes, that was one of my lame attempts at humor.
