Recently I have a lot of problems with mental health and family problems. My grandmother was sick earlier, and today I found out that she had a stroke.
I try very hard to deal with my depression and panic attacks. Unfortunately, I have not been in such a serious condition before, and without the help of a psychotherapist, this is difficult for me ( ; ω ; )
