Cat Frostybreathing.

A quiet and a bit silly cat. She has a lot of friends, but not many people take her seriously.
Has a passion for collecting blue stones simple, precious, semi-precious, and shells.
She possesses the Shimo seal, which allows her to lower the temperature in any radius as far as the wearer's strength is concerned, but due to her weak training abilities, she was never able to master the skill. The only thing this seal affects is that her whiskers often have ice on them from frosty breath, her entire fur and skin are cold to the touch, and when she has strong negative emotions within a meter by meter radius of the cat, she starts to get cold
