Here's Brutus from the movie The Secret Of NIMH 2: Timmy To The Rescue.

I didn't have much interest in that movie since it wasn't compared to the original The Secret Of NIMH in 1982 created by legendary animator Don Bluth. Plus, it was a direct to video movie. But one thing that mostly got my interest is Brutus.

In the original movie, he had a brief appearance where Brutus was the guard to the Rats of NIMH and Nicodemus in their secret lair in the rose bush. When Mrs. Brisby came to see them, he tried to attack and chased her. When Brutus lost her, he went away and was never seen again throughout the remains of the movie. He was designed completely different. Brutus was big and sort of overweight and he blank eyes and wore a green tunic with shoulder guards and a cape.

But in the movie's direct to video sequel, Brutus was resigned as a he's a big hulking rat and he look more stronger like this. I like his version much better. Brutus became one of the main heroes of that movie since he wasn't in the original. Plus, he was voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson. One of my favorite voice actors and it suits him.

I redesigned his attire a little different. But has the same colors. As you can see, he still has his dark blue shirt and his dark red vest was changed to an open leotard.
