We're back with a new drawing (after a long time) of my dragon OC Goldigony, this time executing a simple idea, but without a doubt, an idea that I was really excited to try.
Recently I was able to enjoy the beach, so I thought that drawing my female OC wearing a bikini in that iconic summer location was going to be a nice idea. Especially since I haven't drawn that before and also as a new effort to make her a bit more popular and explore new ways to draw her. I also have to say that I like a lot to try new scenes under different kinds and angles of light to see what I can do to represent the lights and shadows in a kind of accurate way. I feel really proud of how that part of the drawing resulted in this occasion, and of course, how good looks the sea, the sand, the sky and Goldigony herself. I hope you like it as much as I did working on it.
So, there is nothing better than expending some hot summer days in the beach, right? And who said that dragons couldn't look good in their swimsuits too? Just remember to use enough sunscreen if you don't want to roast your scales little dragon.

I imagine Smolder would feel her cheeks burning if she saw Goldigony out at the beach looking so adorable.
Smolder would ask herself, "How is she able to be so cute without feeling so embarrassed by how non dragon-like she is acting in a public place?".
You may then have Gallus and Silver Stream take notice of how bashful Smolder is being. Gallus would ask her, "See something you like, Smolder?" and Silver Stream would say, "Hey! I bet you would look super cute if you wore something just like that girl dragon over there!".
Silver Stream's energetic voice would have the eyes of other creatures at the beach looking at the timid, proud dragon. This would make her blush grow even brighter as she reflexively covers her eyes.
Gallus, being skilled in how to tease some creature from his time in Griffonstone, would take the chance to say, "What is the big deal, Smolder. We are all walking around without clothes in front of every creature every day. If you want to look all adorable like that cute dragon over there, you should just go up and ask her if she has an extra bikini you can borrow."
"Oh, wow!" Silver Stream would exclaim with enough enthusiasm to be heard over the sound of the crashing waves and conversations of all the beach partying creatures. "You should totally ask her if she has an extra bikini, Smolder! You would look so great in one of those! I bet you would look even more lovely than you do in your cheerleading uniform!"
All the creatures at the beach would have stopped talking to see what was so exciting. Smolder would find herself still covering her eyes as she falls on her bottom in an effort to curl herself up enough to not be seen by any other creature. Goldigony would also have noticed she was a part of this discussion and would have turned to face Gallus, Silver Stream, and Smolder.
"Oh, look," Silver Stream would happily say while, far too late, keeping her voice so only she, Gallus, and Smolder could hear. "She is coming this way right now. You so totally need to ask her if she has an extra bikini for you to try on."
Gallus would rast a talon on Smolder's shoulder. He would be feeling pity for his dragon friend and not want to pursue teasing her any further.
Lowering his beak towards Smolder's ear, Gallus would ask, "Would you like me to help you bury yourself in the sand?"
It would be too late as, right now, Goldigony has swooped towards the trio of students and, Silver Stream being 'Silver Stream', would not have time to even cover herself with a grain of sand.
"I tried," Gallus would say before removing his talon from Smolder's shoulder. "Do not worry so much and just go with it. I think you are pretty much stuck now thanks to Silver Stream."
Gallus would head off and the scene would end with Goldigony and Silver Stream looking at the balled-up dragon.

Hehe a typical silly situation of young creatures having some fun together. I absolutely love it hehe. It reminds me a lot to some TV shows I used to watch when I was just starting my adolescence like Drake & Josh, Zoey 101 or iCarly. You just made me imagine myself one of those scenes I loved from those shows with a lot of "involuntary and silly comedy" happening with the student six. Haha absolutely amazing.
We just need to add to this story how Goldigony flirts with Gallus driving Smolder crazy and making her absolutely jealous and we already have the whole scene hehe.
PS: This drawing was pretty much inspired in a nice drawing of Smolder and Ocellus in the beach wearing nice swimsuits.

Is it safe to remember that Goldigony would very openly show her interest in gallus? If so, I will keep that in mind as I develop new stories and, eventually, write an entire story featuring your lovable little green dragon.

As I imagined the scene, I just kept seeing more and more happening. What I wrote was not thought out beyond Gallus teasing smolder and Silver Stream being unaware of how embarrased she felt at being caught wishing she had a cute bikini, too.
I like how your art allows me to not only get fun ideas by reading your descriptions. I like it even more when your work helps me to just keep seeing additional moments unfold until I become aware of having spent a long time writing a lot of text. *Blush*
Being able to draw so much creative inspiration makes me very happy and it makes me feel Yoshi 'Super Happy' to know that I can imagine a story that you find enjoyable that is created from feeling an immediate 'Inspiration Manifestation'.
