Wow, this world is napkin for sure! Didn't expect to meet furs who have my same birthday! l had to celebrate my day with
otterRickArt who has this same date, however, we had a little cultural confusion about the cake, too much difficult to translate. ^^;
l grate to a friend on Twitter who helped me with the Mexican slang part, also with the torta description. x3
otterRickArt con quien comparto esta misma fecha, sin embargo, como podrán ver, tuvimos una confusión cultural. ^^;

XD

Also, why fight over how cake is being said… regardless of how it is made or said.. Cake is an amazing dessert! I think we can all agree on that ÙwÚ (unless that person is not into sweets ofcourse ^^’)

Ayy, thanks so much, bud! I really appreciate it. X3
Although what happens is we have a difference when it comes to call this meal, we have two ways to refer to cake, and the Mexican people use one of them to refer it to a type of sandwich, hahaha! Dialectics. XD

"In Spain and some countries of Latin America, the word torta, in a very common usage, is for sweet cakes (tortes), such as a wedding or birthday cake. ... In Mexico, the sweet cake is normally referred to as pastel, which is also used in other parts of Latin America with this meaning."
In Mexico a torta is something akin to a stuffed pita.
Took me a while to figure out the joke. LOL!
