I was recently asked by a most wonderful fur if they could commission me to write a poem. After being told it was a memorial to a beloved pet I didn't feel right charging them for it. Call me an old softie but some things transcend money. It's definitely the hardest poem I've ever written (other than the one I dedicated to my mom) but one of the most worthwhile. It goes out to  Domusvocis, Martha & Rufus in hopes that someday they'll reunite at Rainbow Bridges' end.
