Yskra loves interstellar negotiations! Like, say, this meeting with a very friendly avian, who would like the saurian government to help their mining initiative out with extracting "vast concentrations of neodymium and indium" from a nearby planetoid. The raptor's coy smile expertly masks the fact that... he isn't quite sure what these minerals do, exactly. Are they supposed to be used for something exceedingly boring like spaceship hull struts, or can they be refined into deadly superweapon juice? Why oh why did he forget to put on his contact lens with a builtin AI which could answer these things?
