Frankie, the mad scientist ameboid, got bored of making homebrewed WMD's, and decided to make a friend for herself.
Apparently, instead of graverobbing, she ordered an Easy-Bake Oven™, and tissue samples from some place called NERV.
And Lily was born! Though she's a total grump, Frankie still makes her attend tea parties.
