I never work with short-pile fur on a loose-fitting bodysuit because of the visual appearance of the wrinkles. It's a personal preference borne of experience. Short-pile fur looks good when it is backed by foam or something to keep its shape, or when it is tight-fitted to the body of the wearer. It's really hard to pull of a great looking body suit with short-pile fur.
