It's always fun to try out new styles for commissions.

I have fond memories of long ago holidays in Italy, when as a teenager you could still go to one of the video game halls in the evening near the beach, while at home you'd be in bed already.
Fascinated, you would look at the colourful screens on which 8- and 16-bit games flickered... listened to the wild mix of well-known game music and waited eagerly for one of the Aracade consoles with the most popular games to finally become available.

Today, every mobile phone plays games with better graphics, but none of today's AAA titles trigger the same feeling of adventure in me as travelling through the then still new digital worlds with Mario, Sonic, Shadow Dancer, Spiderman, Ninja Turtles etc. surrounded by a few friends and strangers.
