In our campaign, Nerisella ( Silver Dragonborn of Bahamut Paladin ) and Erraz ( Gnoll Ranger w/ Lycanthropy ) and the others from the party were exploring a magical school on how to defend it while escorting out a VIP.
Our Kenku Alchemist stumbled upon a bracelet that did nothing for her when she put it on and thought of nothing. When she gave it to Neri, she thought of a silver dragon and that is what she became!
Neri's bracers ( on the floor in this pic ) fell off because they didn't fit her anymore and she fell on her side. Erraz ( because he turned into a lycan during the events ) shared his experience with her on how to walk on four legs and was helping her stand up!
