Fun fact, Storm is actually a rock/electric type Lycanroc! When he gets worked up, anxious, stressed, or especially angry, he loses some control and the yellow parts of his body spark up, leading to a scene like this one. His yellow accents are where the electric current in his body is at it's strongest.
