Well, could always be she beat up an inquisitor and stole their own, then took off the ridiculous extra parts hah!

Just....... inquisitor cruising along as if nothing's wrong, then suddenly RABBIT PAWS TO THE FACE from overhead and then just SO MUCH BEATING so rapid fire they can't react and then she's running off having stolen their lightsaber.

Besides also, There was a jedi with a red lightsaber too, I for the life of me cannot... oh wait.. Adi Gallia! She has it in the PS1/Dreamcast game Jedi Power Battles, wields it Underhand style, as if she was Zidane from FF9

That is, as an aside, a fun as hell game if you ever get a chance to play it. Worth obtaining quite honestly.

Hm... i think in my collection of Hasbro-Toys, there is a Jedi figure with a red saber, too.
Oh, and the first Mace Windu with a blue saber, instead a purple one.

The fandom says, red sabers are Kybercrystals which bleedind and are just
for Sith. But i think thats just a sign of the personality of the owner.

In Legends at least, red crystals were generally either synthetic or found in areas relatively strong in the dark side, but weren't inherently dark themselves. Crystal bleeding was introduced as a part of Disney Canon, but even then they haven't really been consistent with that seeing as how you can outright pick a red crystal at Savi's workshop.

Adi Gallia, Even Piell, Depa Billaba, A'Sharad Hett, and even Luke Skywalker have all used red lightsabers on a long-term basis at some point in Legends. In the case of Luke, it was a shoto saber he used on occasion alongside his primary in the old Marvel Star Wars comics. In the case of Adi, Evan, Depa and A'Sharad, they switched to their Clone Wars era saber colors after the reemergence of the Sith, so as to avoid the association red crystals typically had with dark side users.

In the New Jedi order in legends, Leia also had a red lightsaber for a while, but she eventually lost it.
