As I have pretty much taken on my costume that was created by 
as a character I would like to draw more often. I decided she needed to gain a little more history (it also will work well for Midfur’s “villain” theme ;D ).
Her clothing is based off a real costume I have in the works just for her, lots of props to be hanging from my waist including carved bones and grass pouches. Hand dyed and aged skirts and custom altered top and woollen gloves all in browns and worn earthy and gold tones.
I also have decided to extend the tail so it is floor length to compensate for my shortness (having it higher just didn’t seem to work visually), and shows from under the skirt. I originally planned to actually extend the tail itself, but found that having it attached to a thin rope its weight made the tail move very realistically when performing. I love it!
I will get a video of the costume setup once the outfit is complete! Or, if at Midfur keep an eye out for Mnya, and the iron beast (who will be a pirate) ;D
