The original black & white work is by Joshua Kennedy. Josh, who is an excellent story teller, has been adding one page at a time to a massive epic called "Zandar's Saga" here on FurAffinity. It's nearly 250 pages and still has some distance to go. This page is number 223 --

I chose it because it had unusual colouring potential, I thought. Josh was agreeable, so I started work on it about a month ago. Every now and then I'd do a bit of work on it... a hour or two, maybe four of five. So I'm not at all sure how long this took to do altogether. Perhaps some things are best not known.

A British steampunk fanzine has agreed to use this as a cover of a future issue. No... it isn't titled "Eala." That's what the b/w comic page says... I will likely have to change that, later.
