There was an old movie that existed in years ago, that would of been out around 2019 or so, called "Me and My Shadow". I say inspired because they have the same premise:
There's a shadow world that is basically your cartoon alt persona, and whatever happens in any world, both the real person and the shadow share any damage or interactions.
