Look at them, those two are my favorite Hetalia characters, aren't they so lovey? According to the Hetalia incompleted video game, England dog collared Seychelles to use her as his servant, then overtime, they all both known eachother as good friends & rivals so much (even Engalnd's friend and rival named France have knowned Seychelles years ago when Seychelles was a little girl)!
