I want to give my characters some cool abilities but I always struggled with my former mascot Speedy. A friend of mine gave the idea to let him use claws since he can jump and run pretty fast. So I expanded on that idea. Giving him the ability he can coat certain parts of his body in a sort of liquid he can shape that can also travel through small portals.
Wonder if he'd be able to teleport if he were to coat his whole body in it? Nevermind, being able to scratch your back is better.
