*Squeaks and giggles* Another of my favorites, due to the fact that in the end, there would be nothing at all left of Lakota to be remembered by. Just a cute ice sculpture which melts away into oblivion.
As always, Genevieve is always wonderful to see in action, where I love how she takes the time to converse with her victims; toying with them in such a friendly manner, while she decides what she wants to do to them.
I love how this transformation was slow enough for Lakota to feel himself growing colder and solidifying a his limbs were shifted into a proper pose for an ice sculpture. I also like how his suit did not transform and Genevieve would remove it from him, adding to the belief that the okapi was feeling every bit of the transformation to himself, as it was only him transforming.
I loved how Genevieve considered turning him to stone to give him a permanence as a piece of art, but quickly realized that he would melt well before she'd be back to do that. It just makes his final fate as melting away, all the more impactful; and then having him fall over and shatter was a wonderful twist, where he wouldn't even get to spend his final hours as an admired piece of art.
Thanks again for doing these stories and making them such wonderful, inanimate transformations. It's always delightful to see living, breathing creatures reduced to mere objects, only to be discarded and forgotten. <3

Glad you liked it! Thought it would read better if the suit didn't change with him, glad I made the right call there! I need to write Genevieve more, I seem to only write her when you've commissioned me! Thought having the ice statue break would be a fun touch, play into the fragility!
What I'm about to say, I merely mean it in the best way I can with no intent to say that this work is badly made, for I'm only overthinking this because of how much work was put into this and enjoyment I got out of it.
Okay.
This is a horror story, and I want to kill Genevieve for these murders.
Again, I mean this only in the best way possible. You've written a character that I can love to passionately hate. A careless character with immense powers and the capability to execute plans, like in Mystery on a Train. While all of this freaks me out, I love how these stories manage to do that and I enjoy the fact that you've made works that can make me feel so strongly on all of these topics.
I hate her, your stories usually horrify me, and I absolutely enjoy all of it.
Never change Vinomath, never change.
