Here’s my HN-tSotL 2.0 version of Loud Ness. Instead of just being a joke character, I changed the character a lot in order to add something more to the story.
Marrasha is one of the high officers in Pyrhn’s National Security Department, vi is basically a cop boss and vi is seen here in vis formal attire*. Vi is boisterous and avuncular.
