It does bring up some of Rosca's lore however. She can operate any vehicle with suave confidence and panache. She has worked every trade known to man in many countries across the world. She is one of Priscilla's few world influences(it's hard to get Priscilla to leave her apartment she is a stubborn homebody). Rosca is an adventurous wandering spirit. She has a new story to tell every time she opens her mouth. Surprisingly, none of them are lies. She is surprisingly excellent at grooming and painting nails(and claws and paws) after a brief stint as an aesthetician in New York. I guess some things stick with you...
