Planning to do a a completed basic yoga card series. Based on an existing deck, “Yoga Activity Cards”, but want to do my own take on it.
Jellyfish pose/Uttanasana: relaxes and stretches the back and hamstring and promoting blood flow through the vertebrae. Relax the head and neck (nod yes, shake no).
***NOTE**** please be mindful of your body and your flexibility, please know that reaching the floor or your toes is not mandatory if your body is uncomfortable doing that. Even though some Yoga is a low impact exercise, injuries can still occur if people aren’t mindful of their bodies current capabilities and limits. It’s a journey, not a destination.

Heya, Runty! So, I was wrong calling this Padahastasana! This is actually Uttanasa! Padahastanasana is when you stand on your hands! It feels great but it's a much deeper forward fold.
Uttanasana is part of surya namaskar A, a great warm up for beginners!
Remember, in this pose you can bend your knees as much as you like!
