Cyberdragon1775 who gave me creative freedom to design a tailor-made outfit for his mystical eastern dragon.
This one of a kind ensemble is inspired in Victorian fashion with a little burlesque twist to showcase the model's sassiness. And given this is a "Time Lady", I used Gallifreyan inspired patterns on her gloves and fan, as well as a starry-night theme for the skirt and torso. It was a magnificent thing to design!
