It was a quiet night. Virul and Fury were in a dark but cozy cave. The only light in the cave is the moonlight that came in through a hole in the wall.
,,I feel it'' Fury said lying by the eggs ,,They'll hatch right now...''
Virul gave her a protective look and walked over to touch her cheek with his nose ,,Be patient sweetheart'' He said gently
After a few minutes, you could hear the sound of the shell cracking. Both parents sprang to their feet. One egg started to hatch. In less than a minute, a small horned head appeared. Fury let out a sigh of relief. The baby dragon emerged from the egg and looked with its huge eyes at its parents.
,,He is perfect...'' Fury said ignoring the fact that dragonet is wingless. ,,Look at him.''
Before Virul could say anything, there was another cracking sound. Another small head peeked out from behind the shell. The dragonet opened its mouth and squeaked. They could see a skull pattern on a little head.
,, She is definitely mine'' Virul said proudly
,,Of course they are yours, dummy!'' Fury wrinkled her nose. Virul reassured her with a quick hug by his wing
,,I'm joking...'' he asnwered
