Oliver, Dodger, and Rita begin to visits the Office of Emergency Management (OEM) in Los Angeles, California to meet Mike Roark, the director. They begin talking about the office and even the volcano formed at the La Brea Tar Pits and meet with Oliver's friends Einstein, Francis, and Tito also meet with Mike's daughter, Kelly Roark and their pet dog, Max, Dr. Amy Barnes, a geologist from California Institute of Geological Studies, and OEM associates like Emmit Reese, Mario, Luigi, and even Bowser.
