Thanks! The process is not hugely difficult, but the outcome is deceptively simple - there's really a lot of layers and little bits to manage and animate, along with a lot of extra things to draw to account for the animation.
There's also quite a few program options for making these, too! I personally draw in Photoshop and animate in After Effects, but you can really draw in any program you prefer, and there are a lot of alternative options for animation if you prefer not to use Adobe products. It's not nearly as powerful or flexible for animation as After Effects, but Clip Studio Paint is an excellent and affordable option to start playing around with doodles and animation, and DragonBones works closer to how I animate characters and has a demo you can experiment with :)

I use Clipstudio, procreate and Photoshop regularly even tho on a tablet it is slightly different and maybe more limited and i have to re-learn some of the stuff.
I have never heard of Dragonbones tho. I will def have to give that one a shot too! Thank you again! I may give it a shot soon once i can figure it out! x3
